Fetac Level 6 Minor Award.

Duration: 32 hours Classroom contact hours; In addition
to this Candidates would have project work to complete which takes approximately
40 hours to complete over the 4 weeks of the programme.
Requirements to
attend course: Candidates must have good pc skills, good communication
skills, an interest in Training or a related speciality

Course Content:
Unit 1: Identifying Training Needs
Unit 2: Designing a Training Programme.
Unit 3: Delivering a Training Session.
Unit 4: Assessing the Learner.
Unit 5: Providing support to the Learner
Unit 6: Self Evaluation
Assessment Section A – 50 %
Design, Deliver and Evaluate a Training Programme
(support will be provided by the centre’s lead tutor in how to complete)
Assessment Section B -50 % Deliver two shorts skills demonstrations,
this is part of the course and are delivered on Day 3 and 4 of course.

- First Skills Demo (25% marks) self evaluation write up and
- Feedback session.
- One-week break--- delivers session (Major)
Day 4
- Second Skills Demo(25% marks) Assessment,
- review.
2 weeks from last day assignment to be submitted.
